Guardian Coraline von Gottschalk
Coraline is getting bigger! Last weight was 54 lbs. She is a very sweet girl, with a wonderful personality. She is great with other dogs, and loves meeting new people. I couldn’t be happier with her.
I’ve been making my own raw food for about a month now, and it’s going well. It’s been quite a journey learning about nutrition and the needs of puppies & adult dogs. I’m confident Coraline is getting the best possible food to keep her healthy and thriving.
I wanted to ask you about your recommendation on when to have her spayed. I’ve talked to other dog owners and it seems like the latest for large breed dogs is to wait until they are at least 2, or older to allow for their bones, and bodies to properly grow, and avoid some forms of cancer later in life. What are your thoughts about this? I value your opinion.

Hi Alice! No worries at all. I gave Coraline (Roxie) a big hug and kiss from you. She’s about 83 lbs now and is still a big sweet puppy. She is really a good, playful girl and fit right into our family. It’s so great to hear her sister is going to a wonderful home. They really are twins! They look exactly like each other.
