“Gina” Guardian Endira Von Gottschalk
Thought I would send you an some pics. Endira is doing very well on potty training.  She now walks straight to the potty box when we go outside and even gets in it to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She has only had 1 accident in the house, it was my fault. She is so sweet and very very smart. She comes when called for the most part. She is doing very well.

Thanks for letting me have her as a pick. I truly think she picked me from 2 weeks because everywhere I go she follows and listens me more than anyone else here.

Dear Alice,

I just had to write you and tell you a true story about Gina (Endira), one of your Guardian Rottweilers.  As you know this winter has been challenging for me physically.  I suffered from pneumonia and was in bed for a week.  I had to take breathing treatments two or three times a day.  Gina would always stay close beside me while I took one.  At night I suffered asthmatic attacks and would have to sit up in order to breath.  Often I would prop myself up with pillows in order to sleep. One night while I was alone, except for the dogs, I had a particularly bad attack of asthma.  I sat up in bed to raise myself so I could catch my breath.  Gina was on the floor beside the bed.  She sensed the trouble I was having breathing. What happened next was amazing to me.  She ran around the bed and jumped on it. Then Gina placed her muzzle in my mouth. She literally got in my face and breathed into my mouth!  I suddenly realized she was trying to give me breath!  After that I was able to relax and gain my breath again.  I believe just having your dogs (Gina-female and Hero-male) around is a comfort, but that night Gina’s attempt saved my life by giving her breath to me made me realize what great dogs I have. I love them so much and would so lost without them. Even though my children are now grown, I still own a child daycare home. They are so gentle around the children especially my special needs. All of this has just proven again  to me what I knew all along, your Guardian Rottweilers are the best dogs!  Thank you for Gina and Hero!

Grateful for your Guardian Rottweilers,

EXCALIBUR
Dear Alice,

Please see attached some pictures of Rocky (Excalibur) product of Redwood Krests XXX and Lola Von Z-Max
He has been a delight for us and is such a great dog. He enjoys going to the state parks and going for walks and loves playing outside.  His favorite toy is the ball, whether it be a basket ball or tennis ball.
Thanks again for a wonderful dog!!

ELLIE
Hi  – Just wanted to let you know our little girl is loving her new home in Cincinnati. She is soooo smart. She’s practically housebroken already (after four days!). When she has to go, she cries, I take her outside, she goes, then races for the back door. She mastered the two steps into the house within 24 hours. She cried a little on the first night home, but now, she doesn’t make a sound in her crate until she wakes up. She is a very sound sleeper! And she only gets me up once during the night to go outside. She really prefers sleeping in her padded, cozy crate to anywhere else. She eats really well, now that I mix her Ultra with a tiny amount of canned. She’s got the food routine down pat, too. When she hears the can come out, she starts prancing. She has bundles of toys, thankfully, because she chews anything and everything in sight. So, I just quickly substitute the toy for the “no chew” items.

She loves to socialize. We have been taking her around to meet different people and she does well with anyone, anywhere. She is quite the hit. We have decided to call her ELLIE (so feminine and sweet) She is wonderful!!!

We are madly in love with her. I don’t think I have ever had an easier pup.

ELLA
Hi –
Ella is just a total sweetheart. We are all having such fun w/her. She loves to run and chase my youngest son (22). She looks forward to Larry (husband) getting down on the floor and wrestling w/her, playing tug of war, etc. She is so cute the way she is able to retrieve her toys from the container we have them in on the floor. She will grab the one she is after and just shake it and make it squeak. She is really quite intelligent, Larry plays rough w/her and she is allowed to play bite w/him. I, on the other hand, do not like play biting and only have to say “no” and she plays nice. (Of course, reminders are needed from time to time.)

When she is outside for a potty break, once she decides she has the perfect spot and starts going, she will look around to make sure we are watching and when finished, run to us to pick her up because she knows we will make a big deal out of if and tell her what a good puppy she is. She really is a funny little creature. We are totally enjoying (and spoiling) her. She is the best!

More later….
Susan
